Rita is a really special girl. She's only 8 months old, and arrived from Mexico to find an amazing home here in Toronto, Canada.

Rita needs a person that can help her grow her confidence level. She is a bit shy and timid , and takes a minute to warm up to anyone new, but she's still a puppy and with a bit of patience, empathy and compassion, she will become much more confident.

She's super sweet and kind. She loves to play with her human and pet friends. She's gracious and polite and just wants to be loved ... understood and guided to grow into an amazing, confident adult dog.

If you're looking for a couch buddy to snuggle up with, but a dog that is most happy to join you on some outdoor adventures, Rita is your girl!
