Dear Lonely Dog,
I can identify with you. I was abandoned and lonely myself at a very young age, in fact I was surrendered at 4 months of age to a shelter when I lived in Memphis, Tennessee. I thought I did something wrong but the people there said it was not me. Anyway I made a journey to Michigan and I am currently in a great foster home with Homes for Angels Dog Rescue. My foster home has 2 dogs, one is named Harriett and the other is named Beau. There is also a cat which I enjoy playing with too. I enjoy playing in the yard with Beau. Sometimes we chase each other around then come in for a nice nap together. My foster parents adore me and I am very safe and loved until I find my real forever home.
My professional advice would be to get into a great rescue. I know you will find love and care there.

Abby is a Whippet mix, 8 months old, 18 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, spayed, working on housebreaking and micro chipped.
The rescue recommends a completely fenced yard for Abby to keep her safe while playing out doors.
