Cooper Bio
Located in Green Cove Springs, Florida
Cooper is approximately two years old, Red and Black Male German Shepherd. Cooper is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick heartworm prevention and he is microchipped.
Cooper was Rescued out of an over crowded shelter, he was picked up as a stray had a microchip owner was contacted and did not want to reclaim him
Since Cooper arrived in Rescue I have been working with him on his basic manners and leash walking. He has a bad habit of jumping up out of excitement and nipping he has since calmed down but whomever adopts will need to be consistent keeping up with his Obedience Training needs. He is anxious in his kennel but does settle down. He would do well with someone that can devote time and training. He gets along with other dogs but plays very rough, the other dogs tend to stay away from him although he has made one friend a one year old active GSD that can tolerate his play style. No small animals, or Children. Cooper loves to play ball and hang out with his people.

All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed and or neutered. Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior to final adoption.
