Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Scruffy faced Blas is a typical goofy, bossy and curious terrier mix. He adores playing with his doggy friends! But man, he sure knows when to get them going and can be bossy at times. As most terriers are, he is intelligent, bright, tenacious, and fearless, irrespective of his size. He loves to be outdoors but he has yet to experience the Canadian winters, so time will tell. Blas is an active little guy who loves to play and roll around and play some more. He would greatly benefit from having a playmate, be that human or canine.
As an active little guy, Blas loves to tag along with his folks while they do their daily chores, following you from room to room. He is a curious guy and wants to make sure he knows what you are up to.
Blas is not your “Nervous Nelly” and he enjoys meeting new people and new adventures. He is a total sweetheart and will warm up to new people and new dogs immediately. Also, Blas simply ADORES snuggling and enjoys being rewarded with belly rubs. He is a smart little and responds well to his foster while learning new commands. We have yet to find a fault with this one. He is the leader of the litter and his sibs and new playmates follow his lead.

We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.
NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
