Here’s a before and after of the sweet little Shih-Tzu that is looking for her new family. She is a lovely cuddle bug. She is house trained and crate trained. We feel she would do best in a quiet environment. Blanca is a breeder surrender, she has spent her life having babies. The conditions were bad. She is doing real well in her foster home.
