My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Francie was born 7/10/2012 making her 6 years young. She is new to rescue; her owner passed away, making Francie an orphan. Luckily for her, CRT swooped in to save the day! She is a little overweight at the moment, at 16lbs, so foster mom is working out a diet plan to help her slim down her figure a bit.

You will always see Francie smiling. She loves people! She greets everyone she meets with sheer enthusiasm and joy, and will literally stand on her hind legs and dance for you! She’s really a delightful dog!

Francie is great on a leash. She is potty and crate trained. She will do well as an only dog or with other dogs. She is fine with cats, rides well in the car and takes routine naps to keep up with her beauty sleep. Cuddle, walk, bond and love on, she’s your girl! She’s been through a lot of change recently, so she would also need a little patience to adjust.

Francie is spayed, UTD on shots and on HW preventative.

The adoption donation is $250.00.

An application must be submitted and approved before a meet-n-greet can be scheduled.

Your current dogs/cats must be spayed or neutered unless a veterinarian has determined that your current pet(s) should not be fixed due to medical reasons. They must also be up-to-date on shots and on HW preventative.

Reference checks and a home visit are required so SE dogs can only be adopted in NC/SC, VA MD and GA.
