My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable little malti-poo mix is approx 1 year and 9.6 lbs. This poor pup was hit by a car and our orthopedic surgeon completed 3 surgeries on her back legs. She has healed very well and is just the most precious little girl. She gets along well with other dogs and loves to go on walks and get lots of attention. She will need regular grooming

OUR RESCUE POLICY: We require a home with children older than 10 years old and experienced dog owners only.

The total adoption fee of between $525 and $650 depending on the quarantine laws of the adopter or foster's state (primarily Massachusetts) and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care.
