Here is the happy and silly mature MAX. This delightful soul had a rough life before being dumped into a shelter and now living in rescue. Years of neglect didn't deter him from still having a great personality and craving human's love. Max came to us with a serious medical problem and required immediate surgery. That is behind him and he is making a great recovery. Yet he has one more medical issue to accomplish... heartworm treatment. We will be starting him on that and expect full recovery also. Max is truly a kind hearted soul you need to meet and add to your family. He can go to his forever home while taking heartworm treatments. He is enjoying the comforts of living in a home with a big cozy bed and getting treats and chewing on a bone. Toys would be a bonus. Few steps in his home would be required. Please consider bringing this loving soul into your family.... you will be rewarded tenfold.
