Meet purring Penelope. I am approximately 11 months old and am sweet and yes you guessed it. I purr alot. I'm very grateful to Rescued Treasures for helping me on my journey. I was outside in the snow and with a collar on that was starting cut off my ability to breathe. Come meet me 💖. I am purrrrfect!
