Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mama Maybel has been waiting for her home for a long time. She would like to have a home where she can retire her life in cuddles.
Maybel was a young mom who had given birth many times. Her last time was the last straw when the landlord threaten to take young Maybel and her babies to the local shelter since she had them under the house.
A local rescuer contacted us and asked if we could help; Maybel raised all 5 BOYS! with the help of a foster mom.
Sadly all her boys have been adopted and Maybel would like a home where she is spoiled and she can be a kitten her self again.
She enjoys playing, being more of a lap cat. Maybel is tired of kittens, so she would thrive best being the only diva in a home.
She has a very sweet and quirky personality! Let's give this young lady a chance to be a kitten herself again.
Maybel is being adopted through the San Gabriel Valley Animal Advocates. If you are interested in adopting this fur baby, please submit an application at http://www.sgvaa.org/pre-adoption-questionnaire.html and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Your adoption donation allows us to rescue the next kitty from the streets and pay for all their health and medical needs.
Most of our adoptable pets live in loving foster homes. We can arrange meet-and-greets with our foster families, at our live-in habitats in the West Covina and El Monte Petcos, as well as at the Huntington Beach (Edinger) PetSmart.
SGVAA is an all-volunteer, non-profit rescue organization serving the San Gabriel Valley area. For more information on how you can help your community, please visit: www.sgvaa.org
