Woof Woof! My name is Penelope and I am a sweet little adorable mixed breed dog born on Jan 5th. My siblings and I were rescued from a family that did not have the means to take care of us. I am currently in a wonderful foster home with several other dogs and cats. I love to play with toys and snuggle on the couch. I am looking for my forever family to spoil me rotten. Please consider me for your newest family member. A picture of both mom and dad have been included. The mom is the white dog and the dad is the brown dog.
