Hi, My name is Jake Blue! I am a sweet little guy that was recently rescued from a large hoarding situation. I am still figuring out how to “dog” but boy do I love my new life so far! I’m an easy guy to get along with and I get along great with humans of all ages...even the teeny tiny ones! I also love this thing called ‘snuggling’ it’s so great! I get to be close to my humans and I’m the perfect size to be the little spoon. I really love going for walks too! There’s so much to see and so much to smell that sometimes I get ahead of myself so I will need some work on my manners. I’m very treat motivated and working on my basic commands. I’m also working on my house training. As you can imagine, I have grown to enjoy this new lifestyle filled with loads of freedom, so I don’t enjoy being crated as it reminds me too much of my past. I get along well with smaller dogs when we are properly introduced. Although I don’t like big dogs, I do like smaller dogs and cats! Are you looking for a sweet boy like me to show all the joys of being a doggo?

-The adoption fee for Jake Blue is $250.
-The adoption fee covers their age appropriate shots, microchip, deworming, heartworm test (if old enough to be tested & treatment if necessary), and spay/neuter.
-Our dogs will be available to local adopters only. This is due to our thorough adoption process (resulting in prolonged wait times for long-distance families). We apologize for any inconvenience.
