My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mops is a sweet but very shy Maltese mix. She was found as a stray and submitted to the Palmdale Animal Shelter and eventually found her way into our care. When Mops first arrived she was extremely matted and filthy to the point where it was visibly uncomfortable for her. We have since cleaned her up and offered her a nice warm bed. Mops may have been a stray for a very long time and is still learning to trust people. She has shown improvements and is now eager to go on walks with the people she recognizes. She has also taken to following staff members that she recognizes around the property. Mops would require someone who will show her patience and love as she adjusts to a new environment. She is a very loving dog and deserves a loving home and family.
