Temperance is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so she is willing to move north for a good loving forever home.

Temperance is an sweet, adorable little girl around 1 year old and weighing around 14 pounds. She was left out in the middle of nowhere at an abandoned shelter that was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. We are very grateful that someone went out there and found her. Temperance is very sweet, gentle, friendly and playful girl. She loves human attention, exploring in the yard, and playing with toys and other dogs. She is crate trained, fairly well-behaved in the house, and appears to be house trained. She could probably use more obedience training. Temperance is a small dog. She must be protected from rough treatment by children or big dogs that can hurt her. She must also be protected from outdoor predators and large raptors that would consider her dinner. Temperance must be in the house as a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash would like a secure fenced yard to run and play.

Temperance is healthy. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She is negative for heartworms, and has been started on heartworm and flea preventative. Temperance has a $500.00 adoption fee which includes ground transport via Rescue Road Trips for pickup in Zanesville Ohio.
