adoption date is 5-23-09 and can be put to sleep any time after the adoption date, As of this Month this Pooch is still at the shelter in need of rescue
Sierra is around 9 Months old, Size: Medium 26-60 lbs, more towards 35-40ish pounds, learning to walk on a leash, she appears to be sweet & loving, but not too trusting at the shelter yet, she appears to be scared of all the other barking dogs around her, every time one of the volunteers takes Sierra out of her kennel, she feels a little more easy and feels like she can be a normal dog out side the shelter walls. will need to attend some obedience classes, is learning that it's alright to be playful, and is a sweet young lady looking for a new family to love.
Like all of our shelter dogs, we suggest a well fenced yard for Sierra to play and be safe in. We feel she may make an outstanding fun loving super loyal companion .
If you wish, Sierra can be tested around Dogs & Cats here at the shelter.
