Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Popeye. He was found on the beach in TJ along with what we think was him mom. The mom is an aussie. She was adopted out already. We would love for Popeye to be as fortunate. He would love another home with a playful dog if he can. He just recently got neutered so he is learning to play with dogs and have fun. He is super friendly. Good with cats too!!
