Sissy is currently living in a foster home in Janesville, Wisconsin. Sissy found herself at the Baytown Animal shelter (outside of Houston,TX). She had been dumped by her owner with a prolapsed uterus. A Good Samaritan saw her sweet face on a facebook plea and rushed to the shelter to spring her!!!! She immediately brought her to a vet and then reached out to Lola's Lucky Day for help! Her surgery was VERY successful and Sissy went to live at a Lola's Lucky Day foster home. Sissy has been a dream dog! She is sweet and amazing!!! Sissy loves to give kisses and cuddle on the couch. She has been amazing around dogs of all shapes and sizes and has been wonderful around children of all ages. We have noticed that she is TERRIFIED of cats though. Sweet Sissy is crate trained and house trained.

Wisconsin applications are priority, but Illinois applications will be considered if no small children are present in the home, the home is owned, and excellent vet reference can be provided. We cannot process applications from other states.
Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once
approved a meet and greet with the dog. Please note that preference is given to adopters in
Wisconsin, but Illinois adoptions will be considered. will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.
