Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Moss. Moss is a Grand Blue de Gascogne hound. He is about 2 years old and loves to play. He thinks he is still a puppy and often trips over his own feet. Moss also loves to sing. He has a beautiful baritone voice. He needs a forever family who is willing to give this beautiful boy a loving home. Moss does not hunt but loves to play but is big and strong and must have a fenced yard. He thinks he is a lap dog. Moss is okay around cats. He does not seem to pay much attention to them. He has not been around children but due to his size and goofy disposition he would most likely be fine with older children.
Moss was selected by PAWS staff to be one of the next New Leash on Life Trainees. Due to a fire at the Pamlico Correctional Institute, Moss is unable to go through the NLOL training. Moss has been neutered and fully vetted. Moss is heart worm positive but is being treated with the slow kill method. If you are interested in adopting Moss and have a fenced yard, please go to our website at www.pamlicopaws.net and fill out an application or call Jackie Schmidt at (252)649-550 or Kathy Kieffer at (703)819-8835.
The adoption fee for Moss is $100.
