My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet little 6 month old pup just weighs 4 lbs as of 2-19 and looks like a mini poodle mix. He was owner surrendered as his owner was diagnosed with lung cancer and was no longer able to look after him. He is very timid and will need some TLC. He loves to hang out on his dog bed with his buddies and will need a small companion dog for company, he is not fully house trained and will need some more help in that direction.

OUR RESCUE POLICY: We require a home with children older than 10 years old and experienced dog owners only.

The total adoption fee of between $525 and $650 depending on the quarantine laws of the adopter or foster's state (primarily Massachusetts) and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care.
