Introducing Lucky Dawg Scrappy!! He is a 5 (that’s what we were told but he acts around 3) year old chihuahua dachshund mix! Scrappy was surrendered to ACCT Philly when his owner became too ill to care for him. His favorite thing to do is lay on the couch, snuggle, and eat treats. He is dog and people friendly but isn't a huge fan of sharing attention with little kids so older children and adults are a best fit!! He needs to warm up to a person but after 5 minutes he’s your new best friend!! He is amazing and we’re jealous of whoever gets to adopt him!
