Spencer is a sweet shy boy. He needs a loving, very patient family to wait to him to come around. Once he does he will cuddle with you and let you carry him around. Spencer loves his sister Telli who’s always there to reassure him. His favorite game is chasing toys, especially the small balls with the bell inside. These two can’t wait for a forever home!
