Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello World!
My name is Jake. I came to my foster home with my little brother Dexter. Our owner gave us up and we spent a long time in a shelter before Midwest BREW rescued us. Now we’re living with our foster mom and dad and their beagles. Even though there are four of us beagles running around, it’s still so much quieter than that shelter was!
My foster mom says I am an easy going goof ball. When I walked in to my foster home and saw all the dog beds and couches, I knew things were looking up for us. Dexter is shyer than me, I love everyone from the get go. If you are up for petting, I am your guy. Dexter takes things to heart, I take them in stride. I guess that’s a big brother’s job, right?
My foster mom says that I am an easy guy. I am 100% house trained and no bad habits like chewing or digging. I just want to be around my peeps and Dexter and mostly chill-ax.
I’m hoping to find a forever home that I can go to with Dexter, but you can talk to my foster mom about just me if you want. Can’t wait to meet my forever family….hope it happens for us soon!
NOTE: Dog may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).
