Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jersey and her littermates were taken from a feral mom in Kentucky before they could also live a life of hardship, scavenging for food and shelter. The dogs in the pack are Great Pyrenees, Border Collies, and a mix of those two breeds.
Born in October, the pups are now healthy and ready to find forever homes. Jersey is very timid, but loves belly rubs once she knows she's comfortable.. She loves other dogs, and would transition to a new home quicker if she had a fellow dog to take cues from.
We think she looks like an adorable little cow. We realize Jerseys aren't black and white, but who wants a dog named Holstein? So, Jersey she is!
Puppies this age become what new owners mold them into. They are sweet, loving, happy, and eager to learn. They need to be taught and trained. They look at other animals as playmates. It is up to new owners to keep them animal friendly and turn them into wonderful family pets.
