Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lincoln ❤️
This dude is quiet, friendly, loyal and drooly yall
He has the most golden heart capturing eyes and these quirky expressions 🙄 you won't have a chance if you are trying not to love him LOL. This dog is not one to bark at nothing. And yes he is going to love on every child he meets and YES he is going to sleep curled up on anything soft and reachable and if you wanna know the truth he will munch on card board boxes 😂. I have no earthly clue why. He will not chew on a thing unless its a card board box. And only the flaps. Lincoln is house trained, kennel trained and has been doing wonderful with the many many friendly dogs that come and go at our house. Do you like him yet? Who wouldnt. I respect Linc. He is a strong boy, in both body and soul. He was hit by a car, dragged himself onto a compassionate persons front porch, made it through the night. He was brought to Brownsville Haywood County Animal Shelter and thats when Saving the Animals Together saved Linc's life. He had multiple lacerations and broken bones. His left front leg was so badly crushed that it had to be removed completely. But guess what? Linc doesn't care. He doesn't miss his leg yall, I promise. He can jump, he can run and stairs are just stairs. He goes up and down. He does get tired after a while, and may want to curl up with you. But he will never let you down or let his 3 legs stop him. To Linc, life goes on, he doesn't stop living it to its fullest, nor does he stop loving with all his heart. If you are holding his leash in your hand, you ARE his best friend and he will go whenever you go and you will feel his companionship without a doubt. Someone out there deserves a family member like this and boy will they be lucky!!!!
We are not a shelter, we are a rescue and all of our rescued pets live with a Tennessee foster family until their forever home is found. They are all checked by a veterinarian, current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered are micro-chipped. Our fosters know the animals best and will give you an honest assessment of their traits and training. At this time we do not have fosters in Pennsylvania and so we can not facilitate pre adoption meetings.
Our adoption fee is $400 which includes all vet care and transport costs. Not all animals in our care are eligible to travel on pet transport. If you would like to consider an animal that is not eligible for pet transport, and you are willing to come get your pet, please let us know. You can find pets that are not transport eligible by using 38305 as the zip code for your search on this adoption site. If you come to pick up a pet then you will pay only our base adoption fee of $250.
If you are interested in adopting a pet from Saving The Animals Together, please submit an application by clicking on the Adopt From Us tab at www.savingtheanimalstogether.org.
As soon as we receive your application back, we will check your references and then contact you for a telephone interview. At that point the foster will contact you to discuss the pet with you.
