My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sassy is an energetic and affectionate dog who would love to be your best friend. She is very sweet and loving and will be a wonderful companion. We really don’t know what mix of breeds make up her lineage. We think it may be a Carolina dog and a boxer but we are just speculating. She is not a pit! Sassy’s original guardian’s life became very complicated and he was no longer able to care for her. She has known what it is like to be a part of a loving home and is sure to fill yours with joy and happiness. Sassy enjoys playing with our other dogs and can be quite spunky when the time is right. Otherwise she is just a wonderful, pleasant girl. She does great in her crate and would do just fine in an environment where she has a little room to run. She does beautifully with children. Sassy is housebroken, spayed, microchipped and up to date on all of her shots. She is heartworm negative and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. Sassy is 4 years old and weighs 50 lbs. Our adoption application is available on our website www.cedarfarmrescue.com .
