Higgins is the CUTEST 6 month old norfolk terrier and poodle (we think!) puppy we have ever met. His cutie pie looks will stop you in your tracks, but his personality is what will win you over! Higgins is so sweet and affectionate, and always nuzzles up to you, hoping to be as close as possible at all times. He lives with dogs of all sizes (5 lbs to 100 lbs) in his foster home, and he gets along great with everyone! He is also happy to be an only dog if you are a one dog person, all the more love for him! Higgins is sweet and gentle, not at all mouthy, and would be great with kids as well. He just wants to be part of the family and action, and is ready for what you have in store for him! If you want to experience Higgin's sweet little kisses, apply for him today!
