Meet MoMo! Momo is a "Shorkie" which is a Yorkshire Terrier/Shih Tzu Mix and weighs 11 pounds.
He is the sweetest little guy you'll ever meet. He is young and energetic, and just wants to have your attention and make you happy. He can be shy upon first introductions to other people and animals, but once he warms up, he is very playful and interactive. He will chase cats out of play, so cats will need to be dog savvy and have a method of escape. He does get nervous in car rides if held, but does better if he rides in an appropriately sized crate or carrier. MoMo is so good natured and will bring a lot of love and life to his fur-ever family. While he is super cute and looks like a stuffed animal, he isn't going to act like one...his personality isn't the type to sit still on someone's lap and cuddle, as he prefers exploring and running around to play.
Momo's adoption fee is $350.00 which includes neuter, current on vaccines including Rabies, Heart worm tested negative and current on heart worm prevention, de-wormed and current on flea/tick prevention
The ideal home for MoMo will need the following:
-Securely fenced, escape proof,small-dog-friendly yard. NO ELECTRIC OR INVISIBLE FENCES (applications with electric fences will NOT be considered)
-patient home, as he can be shy and jumpy at first
-he loves people, but is not a lap dog; he is quick and will be under your feet so could cause someone to trip
-he is squirmy and very rambunctious, so he will need to be supervised when outside and on leash when not in a secured home or yard
-he needs a family that is dog savvy and can spend time with him and play with him; he never wants to stop playing!
-MoMo is jumpy and mouthy, so a home with no young children would be best
