This handsome little fella is a low-maintenance, loving Shih Tzu poodle mix. He's about 8 years old but is still all puppy at heart. He has a clean bill of health from the vet and his shot records are up to date. He loves being the center of attention so will appreciate a family that wants to love on him as much as they can. He gets along very well with other dogs and cats.

Oscar was physically abused by a previous owner several years ago and as a result is generally uneasy when first meeting a new human. However, once he's convinced that the stranger is not wanting to hurt him, he warms up very quickly and is happy to start playing or be held and petted.
