My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maynard is a super sweet, goofy boy and quite the ladies man! He’s 1 years old and mixed with who knows what (we’ve been told pit bull and lab and many other things). He loves everyone he meets and gives the best HUGS! He’s a playful boy, but more than anything he LOVES to cuddle. He’s pretty much just a 55 lb lap dog. I rescued Maynard from the local shelter last July, but unfortunately have come to realize that my other dog does not play well with others and we have tried everything to make it work. The decision to rehome this handsome boy absolutely breaks my heart because he is SO loved in my household and gives just as much love back. I’m unsure if he would be good with other dogs or not being that the only one he has been around is the other dog in the house, but I would prefer him to go to a home where he is the only dog and can receive all the love and attention he deserves. He has been around kids (5 and 6ish) and loved them but those are the only ones he’s encountered.
