My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brownie - is a 5 year old female Guinea pig. Her owners released her to the City's shelter when their new dog was overly aggressive towards her. Brownie is an extremely friendly Guinea pig who likes to be held and snuggled. She will actually seek out attention from anyone near by. Unfortunately, she arrived with a bald area on her back. Most likely from the stress of having a new dog in her home that did not like her. She has been treated for her irritated skin and continues to improve daily. Brownie would do best in a quiet home without cats and, only with a dog if it is certain that the dog is Guinea pig friendly. (Better picture to come)
