Meet Leo! We rescued our fun-loving Leo from high-kill shelter after he came in as a stray. Leo is a neutered two year old male who is looking for an active home. He loves to take walks and explore, making him a great hiking buddy. He rides well in the car, but prefers to co-pilot rather than be a backseat driver. Leo really, really loves to cuddle, snuggle and give kisses. He loves to take naps on your lap and is also good snoozing by your feet. He gets along well with most dogs, especially easy-going pooches who aren't too bossy. Leo will match a variety of play styles from chasing to rough & tumble wrestling. He does prefer playing with females over males. Leo crates well with a stuffed Kong and his nylabone. He is still working on his house manners as he loves to counter-surf, typical behavior of a food-motivated stray. He does great with older children, but could knock over a smaller, unsteady child unintentionally as he can get a little excited and weighs about 70 pounds. Leo is micro-chipped, current on vaccines, flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
