My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phoebe is a female yorkie mix. She is approximately 4 years old and weighs 10 lbs.
She is for the most part puppy pad trained but still might need some work to housebreak.

Phoebe is one very sweet little yorkie. She loves loves loves to sit on your lap and snuggle in for an evening of TV. She does love to run in the yard when everyone is outside, but calms down once she comes back inside. Phoebe seems to love kids. She is ok with dogs. She is very friendly to people she has met. Not sure how she does with cats. She is kennel trained. She does not do well with baby gates. She will climb/jump over. She just really wants to be wherever you are.

Medical: She is spayed, micro chipped, wormed, and up to date on shots.
Microchip: Included in the adoption is the registration of the AVID micro chip in the new owner's name.
Adoption fee: $250
Leash and Collar or Harness: a Lupine brand harness or collar and leash are provided for each canine. Lupine has a life time guarantee; if chewed, the company will replace it free of charge (thank goodness!).
