Meet Mew-Mew. He is s a one-year-old male tuxedo cat. He lived his entire life outside in the harsh weather. He is still learning what life is like inside but has been an absolute sweetheart and deserves a loving home. He is neutered, healthy and up to date on vaccines. He was around other cats outside and was very submissive to them, and he does not seem to mind dogs. His also being fostered around young children and has been fine with them.
