Scruffy is an 11yr old rough-coat jack russell terrier. His mom or owner passed away after a long fight with cancer. He wants nothing more than to have a “person” or family to follow around and bond with. He loves soft fleece blankets and cuddling. He loves attention. The more the merrier. He does need access to an outdoor space in order to be happy.
