My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Da Vinci is a super sweet boy who weighed only 75 pounds when he was picked up as a stray!  He has since put on weight, but still needs to put some more on.  It’s clear that he had a pretty rough life before he landed in rescue and is now ready for the good life!  He loves adults, and has not been around children.  He doesn’t mind cats at all.  He would do best in a home where he is an only dog, but has gotten along with female dogs in the past.  His favorite thing is a bed and a bone, followed closely by belly rubs.  He is such a thoughtful boy, that if you can’t pet him while he is laying down, he will stand up and lean right into you so that you can give him scratches.
