This sweet boy was put on a chain and has been a yard dog.
The owners have no time for him.
He is sweet and loving. He needs to be loved. Like a dog should. Not left on a chain waiting for food.
I live across the road. And I am rehoming him for my neighbor.
He will be going to the Buncome Co shelter on Feb 15th.
