Hi, I’m Benny! I’m a 4 year old Bichon/Pomeranian mix. I am energetic with tons of personality and my favorite place to be is outside in the yard! I would love to find a forever home with a fenced in yard that I can play in. I like to sunbathe, play with my toys, I like to fetch (I just don’t like the part where I have to bring the toy back), I like playing tug-of-war and howling if I hear a siren. I have lived with both cats and dogs in the past. I would be better with a family with older kids (older than 12). I have some possesive issues when it comes to food and my cage, but I have responded to training. I am great when taking treats, I’ll very gently take them from your hand.
My owner of 3.5 years passed away suddenly last year. I’ve been with a family member since. My foster mom would keep me, but she already has two dogs who are bonded and they have not welcomed me into their pack. My foster mom would love for me to go to an experienced owner who loves being outdoors!
