Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Jimmy
YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION IN ORDER TO SET UP A TIME TO MEET OUR PETS.
Jimmy is a 20 pound 1 year old mixed breed pup with such a charmingly unique appearance! His sweet face and polka dotted body, and sturdy little legs are just too cute. He was found tied up outside a vets office with two large breed puppies. They stuck close to Jimmy for security even though they were not tied up.
We have no idea what breed mix he is but he kind of reminds us of what would happen if you mixed a Beagle with a type B rat terrier (Teddy Roosevelt terrier, short and stocky).
Jimmy is very submissive and sweet, a tender pup without much real world experience. He loves being petted and coming in for a snuggle, but comes crawling towards you like he is really not sure he deserves such nice things. Of course he does!
He does not seem to be used to toys or maybe he is just too scared to play right away.
This shy sweetheart will be wonderfully affectionate once he has gained a bit of confidence and feels secure with new friends and family.
He will thrive best in a household experienced with timid dogs, with a patient family who will help him blossom. He is well worth the time and effort!
He will need to learn how to walk on a leash so a fenced yard would be best in his new home.
We will continue to update his listing as we get to know him better.
Adoption donation $175.
