Coco is an amazing happy smart dog that has done very well attaching to and enjoying her experience in training in New Leash on Life. FurBabies is in partnership with The NC Department of Public Safety. It is a WIN/WIN/WIN... A WIN for the Inmates because they have the opportunity to work with the animals, which gives them a purpose and an opportunity for employment when they are released from prison, a WIN for the dog because it receives it’s Canine Good Citizenship training and of course a WIN for the new owner who gets and absolutely amazing highly trained rescue dog.
