My story

Duke was rescued/adopted from Safe Haven in Albany Oregon for a vocational rehabilitation client because he has the traits needed to become a service dog. Unfortunately the client was not experienced enough with dogs to handle Duke. He is 18 months old and is a Chocolate Lab mix. I am not sure but think it may be Pit Bull. He is good with other dogs, older youth and learns very quickly. I have not seen Duke around young children or toddlers. I would adopt Duke but my landlord will not give me permission. Please contact me to discuss if you feel you can offer Duke the forever home he deserves.
