Meet Theodore. Isn't he just the cutest? He is a little sweetheart who has puppy playfulness. He isn't just sweet though, he is also a little fighter. He was sick early on, but fought through and is ready to find his forever home. The adoptive parents of one of his sibling had a DNA test done and it came back as mainly Rat Terrier and Shih Tzu.
