Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Marshall was left in the night drop of a shelter with no information. He was approximately 3 months old at the time. He was quickly adopted and was in his home for 4 months. His owner quickly realized he had both fecal and urinary incontinence and she was not in a position to care for him so we took him into our rescue. We ran some tests and x-rays on Marshall and nothing stood out that would cause his incontinence. The vet believes he was possibly born this way and it could be nerve damage or some type of congenital issue. Marshall is also scheduled to see a specialist just to make sure we haven't missed anything. Marshall is approximately 8 months old and weighs 20 pounds. He will likely grow a bit more and gain a few more pounds. He is great with other dogs and cats too and is good with kids. He gets around fine, walks, runs, jumps like a normal dog but just has incontinence. So he will need to wear a diaper when in the house, which needs to be changed about every 4 hours, but not a big deal. Other than that he is a normal sweet boy who enjoys walks, rides in the car. and loves to cuddle. He will need a strong pack leader who will give him direction and plenty of exercise. Marshall is fully vetted including blood panel/CBC, urinalysis, fecal tested, and x-rays.
