Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tutt is an absolutely wonderful senior purebred Great Pyrenees. He came to us as an unclaimed stray.
Tutt is at least 8-9+ years old and our experience and observations tell us he is probably more like 10ish. He has a heart murmur and some hearing loss from age, or previously untreated ear infections, probably both. The ear infections have been taken care of as well as the rest of his vet care. Tutt is good with other dogs and cats. That doesn't mean he will share food or treats with other critters but he has no food issues with people. Mealtimes will need to be managed if he has four footed house mates. Tutt is very comfortable and has been well behaved inside making us believe at least part of his previous life was as an inside pet. He rides well in the car, walks on leash and absolutely doesn't know a stranger as far as humans. He will be happy to lean his head against you for as long as you would like to love and pet on him. His ears will need to be monitored as well as the heart murmur and future treatment is a real possibility as well as the additional medical care/meds a senior may need. Right now this boy is pretty spry for his age and deserves a soft place to land. If you are interested in providing Tutt with a comfy, safe and loving retirement home please contact us.
