We're looking for a loving family to take Sebastian into their home as we are moving out of the country for a job. I can't think of any family situation that would not work for Sebastian. As he is getting old, he has a little bit of trouble doing lots of stairs, but otherwise he's very spry.
We adopted Sebastian from a shelter in the spring of 2008 from a shelter when he was a couple months old. A year later, we welcomed our first born child into our family. We were worried about how he would adjust to a newborn, but our worries were completely unfounded. He has always loved our kids. He is a big dog, but he has always been incredibly careful with his body when moving so he never knocked down any of the kids or hurt them in any way.
He extremely patient. We've had three babies growing up around him - riding him, pulling on his tail, playing with his ears and face - and he never seemed to mind. He is also very good around cats.
He is house-trained, sweet and eager to please.
