My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet little pup was found by the local animal control very pregnant.. We could not turn our back on her and took her into our rescue and 3 days later she delivered 5 sweet pups by c section. She is approx 5 years young and 12.6 lbs. We think she looks like a maltese/terrier mix.. she is such an
adorable little girl, very happy, loves to run and play, gets along with all of the other dogs and has a very sweet disposition. She does well on a leash and seems to be pretty well house trained..

OUR RESCUE POLICY: We require a home with children older than 10 years old and experienced dog owners only.

The total adoption fee of between $525 and $650 depending on the quarantine laws of the adopter or foster's state (primarily Massachusetts) and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care.
