My story

BUDDY is a 5 year old chihuahua mix. He would just love to be someone's lap buddy. He does well in his foster home with cats and other dogs, but would prefer a more quiet environment, where he can be spoiled rotten. He weighs about 9 lbs and is heartworm negative. FEE: $150, which includes all vaccines, rabies, deworm, negative heartworm test, current flea & heartworm prevention, microchip & neuter. Case # SRSP300

His foster family told us, "He gets excited and barks when we come home along with everyone else. He is absolutely okay alone for a few hours. We have never crated him. He goes out to do his business and usually comes right back in. He loves to just hang out on my lap when I sit to watch TV. He gets a little anxious when all the other dogs crowd me and want my attention too. He's the typical Chihuahua when meeting him, seemingly vicious. Never has bit anyone. He'd make the perfect companion for an older person or couple I think, even though he's very good with my granddaughter, not sure about older kids. He has his playful days too."
