This sweet boy has lived his life on a chain, his owner allowed me to rescue him from a cold life being ignored outside!! He is about 12 months old, dad was a chocolate lab, and the mama was a pretty sharpie, he needs to be neutered and that can get done at a low cost clinic, he loves to go on car rides and cuddle and play, he is excited about everything.
