My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Have you ever been owned by a Basset Hound? Well, if you have please keep reading. Buster is the Epitome of a Basset Hound. He has selective hearing, selective drool and selective baying...he is super amazingly gorgeous and has the best feet and ears ever.

Buster is an independent soul but is food motivated. So treats are needed when training. Buster can sit and stay for food and he will speak when told :)

Since his previous Owner did not have him neutered he was also not 100% house trained. He will be neutered this week and that will curb his need to lift his leg. He goes outside to empty his bladder but comes back in to ceremoniously lift his leg..even though his bladder is empty. Old habits I guess are hard to break!

Buster is an active dog that needs other active people or dogs in his home to keep him happy.

Buster knows how to use a doggy door and does not jump fences. He does not dig but he loves to play with toys.

Are you active and wish to continue with his training? Well, apply :)
