My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Daisy is a sweet, loving, energetic 8-year-old dog with some special needs. She loves spending the day around her people - going for walks, cuddling on the couch. She does have a lot of energy, and needs either a big backyard to run around in, or an owner who likes to take long walks or hikes. She also LOVES to give kisses! She'll play fetch enthusiastically for about 5 minutes, but then gets tired of it.

She has a condition called Addison's Disease, which means that she needs a daily pill every morning, which she's very good about taking with a treat, and a shot from the vet every month.

She can be left home all day (we have a dog walker come when we're at work to keep her happier), but she doesn't like it, and she hates being confined to a single room or a crate. She'd love an owner who works from home!

She needs a new home because we are expanding our human family, and will no longer have enough time to give her the exercise and attention she needs to be happy.
