Ned was rescued from outside but miraculously enjoys people!! He is nervous in new surroundings and is trying his best to adjust to life inside without being so scared. He loves to be pet and get attention but he needs a family that will be patient and go slow with him. He has great litterbox habits and loves his scratchers so he has learned his kitty manners already now he just needs a patient perfect forever family.
